- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Jill Kerridge is the customer who had some dishes broken during shipping. When she initially came into the store, Mrs Kerridge was offered and refused to have the store clerk (a 17 year UPS veteran who is CERTIFIED to pack various types of items) to pack her items for shipping. Mrs Kerridge's package was already sealed when she bought it into the store for shipping and she indicated verbally and later via text that her items were sufficiently packaged. Naturally she was unhappy when some of her items were damaged, we felt bad as well. The Claims investigation (including pictures) determined that the items were improperly packaged and did not use proper packaging materials to begin with, the claim was denied. Mrs Kerridge then wanted the store to overlook the findings of the Claims investigation and pay for the items. During her verbal assault directed to store staff, Mrs Kerridge promised to get even with all of UPS for the way she was treated.By M Lee, May 16, 2017
